Psquare's Multi-million naira mansion (Square Ville) in Ikeja up for sale

Paul and Peter Okoye of Psquare have put up their ‘Squareville’ mansion for sale.

A ‘For Sale’ sign post was spotted at the mansion located on Lola Holloway street, Omole Estate this morning in front of the property.


The twin building with a swimming pool, underground basement and other exotic features is reportedly up for sale at 320 Million Naira.

This is coming after their split without any sign of reconciliation.
They seems to have moved on.


The brothers have several properties jointly owned in Lekki Phase One, Banana Island, Atlanta Georgia, etc and the mansion seem to be the first to be put up for sale.
