Presidential Media Aide, Femi Adesin Captured Sleeping During Buhari's 2018 Budget Presentation (PHOTOS)

President Buhari's special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina has been captured on camera sleeping while Buhari was presenting the 2018 appropriation bill before the National Assembly.

In the picture below, Mr. Adesina was in a deep sleep while the President was on a speech which lasted for almost two hours.
