CEO, official noble agency, one of the fastest rising agency in Nigeria aimed at hunting and improving raw talents in the country was accosted by men of the Federal Road Safety Commission along Asaba express high way in Delta state and was asked to pay some amount of money.
The young CEO who knows his rights, refused to pay and requested to know his offence first. The officials who couldn't pin-point any offence threatened to tow his car to their office. Out of anger, Noble threatened to sue the commission for bribery and corruption.
