Kendo as he's fondly called is a young vibrant student in Abia state. From the little av known him, he's the quite reserved type. He believes in observing before conclusion. Maybe that's because he's a scientist or it might just be his nature.
On the 25th of August, Princess Chikezirim Blog announced the maiden edition its contest; FACE OF PCB. Very few showed interest as many online contests end up with an anonymous winner who never shows face and the benefits promised usually are not fulfilled.
As a maiden edition, PCB wanted it hot and difficult because the winner will definitely make a headline and automatically become its ambassador.
Despite the huddles and difficulty, kendo won his three opponents;two girls and a boy which has left many wondering how a guy could outsmart girls in a beauty contest.
And on the September 1, he was declared the winner with all smiles on his face.
As I walked up to interview him on his success and plans for the future, I couldn't help but smile back cox he worked for it.
I sat facing him while he offered a bottle of water which I siped at intervals.
