Veteran Nollywood actor, Chief Fabian Adibe, has passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, August 20, 2025. The respected thespian, widely remembered for his role in the film adaptation of Things Fall Apart, died around 2:30 a.m., according to an announcement made by celebrity journalist, Seun Oloketuyi on Instagram.
Adibe, whose career spanned several decades, was a familiar face in both classic and modern Nollywood productions, often cast in fatherly or elder statesman roles.
