Police have allegedly shot a political thug inside an estate in Ago palace as angry residents unleashed dogs on another hoodlum after they came to disrupt the election process.
The video captures two men unleashing their dogs while the crowd beat them as two police officers and other angry residents attempt to chase the thug out of the estate. Gunshots were heard in the footage during the scuffle.
