Warri Representative has pushed for the Bill for the establishment of a Federal Polytechnic Koko, which but for the lockdown occasioned by the Covid 19 pandemic would have been passed, waiting for presidential assent. The said Bill which was instituted by the 8th Assembly had earlier suffered delayed upon been presented at the Committtee of the Whole due to the fact the Bill lacked certain basic provisions.
Motions
The Warri Representative has supported, argued and moved several people oriented motions which include the motion on the abandoned Export Processing Zone Ogidigben and Deep Sea Port Gbaramatu which was successfully moved and same was passed. This at the completion stage boast of eradicating in no small measure, the menace of unemployment in the Constituency and the Country at large. The Federal law maker within the last one year, also successfully moved the Motion on the reinstatement of the sacked Warri Refining & Petrochemical Company, WRPC workers and non inclusion of indigenes of Warri Federal Constituency in the NNPC employment of Graduates Trainees. A motion which has suffered delay as a result of the slow progress occasioned by the Covid pandemic, is a motion on the Urgent need to address the menace of ocean surge ravaging some communities in Warri Federal Constituency.

The Warri Representative has presented several petitions on behalf of members of his Constituency which has been followed to logical conclusion. One of such petition is the petition which led to the reinstatement of Jurisdiction over certain Villages and Towns in Warri South and South West to the Area Command Warri as opposed to Burutu Area Command.

The Warri representative organized training in partnership with Google, albeit not budgeted in building youth capacity on the use of the internet to make wealth by being self employed.
Empowerments by way of Constituency projects which includes but are not limited to provision of big and small boats with nets, tricycle and sewing machines which were stalled due to the uncertainties occasioned by the Covid 19 pandemic.
COVID 19 Health safety and welfare:
The Warri Federal House of Representatives member during the lockdown declared by the Federal Government and implemented by Delta State Government as part of measures to mitigate the spread of COVID 19 and the hardship associated to it, released Nine (9) Million Naira to the three Warri LGAs which include Warri South , Warri North and Warri South-West in support of residents in the Federal Constituency. A gesture that was well appreciated by the indigenes and non indigenes resident in the areas. The physically challenged persons were not left out as the Hon. Member presented cash donation to them in Warri during the covid 19 pandemic period to cushion the effect of the lockdown on them and their families. The philanthropic prowess of the Hon. Chief Ereyitomi has been praised from far and near as the people of Warri Federal Constituency has never had it this good.
AS Deputy Chairman Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
As Deputy Chairman Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC) Hon. Chief Thomas Ereyitomi has attracted several developmental projects to Warri Federal Constituency all well captured in the NDDC budget in order to draw the much desired development to the constituency which is a top oil producing Constituency.
On Education.
For his love for and believe in education as the key to a better future Hon. Ereyitomi sponsored and enrolled over 150 indigent students for the Senior School Certificate Examination, NECO which will help in encouraging academic excellence and boost quality moral conducts among youths across Warri Federal Constituency.
Constituency office.
The Federal law maker appreciating the need for a regular interface between his office and the constituents have established a state of the art Constituency office situated at No. 2, Willy Edema Street, off Franklin Atake Street, G.R.A Warri. It is expected that constituents would seize the opportunity to liaise and relate with the Hon. member in exchange of ideas with a view to making the Constituency great again.
