The Neo-Black Movement (NBM) popularly known as the Aye Black Axe cult has donated a mini shelter for Police in Osun State.
This group emerged from the University of Benin in Edo State. Just like groups like pyrates which was founded by Wole Soyinka and co at the University of Ibadan.
These groups originally didn't start as a violent group but was allegedly made violent by politicians.
