According to Italian newspaper La Stampa via Calciomercato.com, four bandits armed with guns and a screwdriver took money and other expensive possessions from the 33-year-old and his wife, Roberta during the operation which took place late on Tuesday night in the residential area of Vinovo in Turin.
The couple were reportedly heading towards the Bianconeri’s youth academy, before they were held up by the thieves, who requested they return home and hand over their valuables.
