'You Have No Right To Regina's Bride Price,You Never Married Her Mother' - Family Tells Regina's Father

The sudden appearance of Regina Daniels' biological father during Regina's traditional marriage frightened Regina's mother. But family sources say Mr Jude Ojeogwu (Regina's father) has no right to seek a bride price since he never paid Rita Daniels' bride price.

Rita Daniels reportedly concerned when a news broke out stating that the father of her kids publicly reacted to his daughter's wedding and said his consent was not sought.

In a number of voice notes making the rounds online, Mr Ojeogwu claimed his daughter was born in 2001 and will turn 18 in October. He also claimed politician Ned Nwoko is older than 59. He said he knows this because he and Mr Nwoko grew up together. He added that it was wrong for them to go over his head and get married to his daughter.

The various interviews granted by Mr Jude Ojeogwu were distressing for the bride's mother, Rita Daniels and she reportedly panicked, a source close to the family said Rita Daniels later told her friends that she intends to head out to her new law's home in Abuja to "cool off" and may probably head to Dubai from there.

Family friends say Mr Ojeogwu has no right to demand for Regina's bride price now because he never paid Rita Daniels' bride price.

The source said, "a man who extracted 4 kids from one woman without paying a dime as bride price should not be talking about bride price let alone receiving one."
