The accident seems to have involved a 911 truck and a smaller car.

An eye witness who shared the story said both the driver and the conductor of the truck survived the accident while a person was pulled out dead inside the truck.
He said;
We saw this truck like this, we saw someone lying dead inside the truck. As we helped road safety to bring him out of the truck and when we brought him out, behold it was our brother from Uru lokpaukwu! He was not the driver nor the conductor! Yet he died and driver and conductor escaped death!
