An unidentified youngman  runs mad, along MCC/Uratta road,Owerri, Imo State capital.

Meanwhile, some users, reacting to the news, has called on the newly appointed commissioner for happiness and couple’s fulfilment, Mrs. Ogechi Ololo (nee Okorocha) to look into the situation and solve the problem, since it was her office to make people happy.
