After Imo state Governor appointed his sister as the Commissioner of Happiness and couple's fulfillment, many people are now bringing out funny names to be appointed as Commissioner. A Port Harcourt-based businesswoman, Winifred Iheoma Ofoegbu has declared herself the Commissioner for Food and Drinks and has also said what her job will be.

She posted her official portrait in Facebook and wrote:

“In a time when hunger and thirst are at an all time high, I will use my good office to ensure that people are well fed all the time and serve as an example to the world.
And if you are one of these youth that are lacking ignorance and don’t understand something then keep QUITE.”
