We noticed that keke drivers,who had biafran materials no longer had them. So drivers usually wear biafran slippers, cap, emblem, necklace, bangle,among many others. You will hardly a keke without a bifarn logo or flag in it. But recently, keke drivers has removed all such materials n some replaced their with Nigerian flag while others didn't put at all.
PCB visited some areas like faulks road and sisioma ngwa and gathered that the removal was because of continues Military harrasement.
On Tuesday 12th September 2017,Soldiers were harassing some of the Keke Operators who had IPOB/Biafran emblems in their keke and most of them were tortured by the Military. So to avoid further intimidation and torture, they had to remove them.
